WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using this website you agree to the following terms:

Payment Options - All orders must be paid in full at the time they are submitted. Kopari Beauty accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and wire transfer. At this time, Kopari Beauty is only extending credit terms in special circumstances. 

Packing - Orders will be shipped either in master cartons or packed securely for transport. Any custom packaging required by retailers (ie, pre-ticketing, polybags, etc.) will incur an additional cost that will be added to the invoice. Retailers will be notified of these additional costs before pre-payment and shipment of products. 

Shipping/Handling - Kopari Beauty uses FedEx, UPS or USPS for all domestic shipments depending on the least costly method at time of shipment. Shipments to international locations are limited to Canada via USPS. Shipping and handling costs (ie customer packing) will be added to all retail orders and all retailers are expected to pay for these costs. Retailers that do not pay shipping/handling costs may jeopardize their ability to place future orders. 

Promotion/Sampling Requests - Kopari Beauty requires at least a 45-60 day request submission for consideration / approval. 

Shipping Errors/Return/Damages - Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Claims for damaged or missing products must be reported within 10 business days of receipt of shipment to orders@koparibeauty.com. If products are damaged in transit or there are shipping errors, Kopari Beauty will replace all products and ship free of charge.
